Nonprofit Diagnostic Scorecard Process

MilkCrate offers nonprofits the chance to evaluated their current program delivery, tracking and funding strengths and weaknesses in this special pro bono session. This process includes the following steps and deliverables:

1. We will meet with your team to conduct a diagnostic review to develop a scorecard for your nonprofit on the following areas;

   • Engagement

   • Data Collection

   • Revenue Generation

2. We will then give you a PDF file of your scorecard based on the three areas above.

3. Following this, if appropriate, we will discuss a mobile app or other options that can help if the app does not seem like a right fit. 

Participant Engagement:

• To achieve our mission, how well are we engaging our participants and or volunteers?

• Key metric: What is our retention of participants?

Data Collection:

• To achieve our mission, how well are we tracking our successes and failures?

• Key metric: What does it take in time and money to generate transparent and informative data on the program?

Revenue Generation:

• To achieve our mission, how well are we generating financial resources to support our goals?

• Key metric: Are you meeting your goals for sales and donations?
