While our team spans three continents, we are unified by our work to support nonprofits dedicated to making the world a better place. We are on the forefront of gamifying individual and group behavior change using mobile apps. We are a multi-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, product managers, and marketers who collaborate closely with each other to create the most innovative way for nonprofits to grow and track their program success. Since our 2014 launch, we’ve received invites to the White House to discuss climate change, pitched on the Forbes Under 30 stage, been recognized as Startup of the Year, and even earned praise from the UN Foundation.

From our CEO & Founder:

I started MilkCrate out of a deep personal need to help the nonprofit industry change. I worked for years as a case manager, fundraiser, and researcher in several nonprofits and the challenges I faced inspire so much of what we do at MilkCrate- to boost efficiency, track impact, reach those in need - to help those trying to help others. While our work has grown and pivoted over time, we’ve had some amazing milestones. I am so proud of where we are today as a team and look forward to supporting our growth and change in the future. One of the most important things we’ve learned when hiring is that often the best teammates might not have the ‘perfect’ resume but they have the perfect attitude - a desire to learn and contribute while helping the world through innovation and creativity. If this sounds like you please reach out!
