QSpaces Overview

QSpaces and MilkCrate created an app for members of the LGBTQ+ community to find and review LGBTQ+ friendly doctors and wellness providers. QSpaces’ goal is to find health providers and create an open discussion of LGBTQ+ educated doctors and share their experience.

Transition

The LGBTQ+ community needed a reliable source to find, rate, and review doctors. The app MilkCrate built, helps achieves these goals by using a directory where users have a list of doctors, and can look through the reviews to help make a decision.

Challenge

Before working with MilkCrate, QSpaces had a website platform that was too expensive that took too much time to manage, and could not provide the tools necessary for their needs. With the . QSpaces app users are allowed to find, rate, and review doctors with ease on their phone.

 
 

How the app helps LGBTQ+ Patients

List of Providers: Users can scroll through a directory of medical providers and write reviews

Add a provider: Users can fill out a form to add their well liked physician

Categorizing: Users can filter by specialty physician, location, or rating to find a specific provider

Comment: Users use the activity feed to chat and review doctors
